Payment

Online Textile Solutions A/S accepts online payments via Visa/Dankort, MobilePay Online, and ApplePay.

Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is dispatched or the virtual product is created, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

Reservation of Amount

When using payment cards, whether debit or credit, the amount for the purchase will be reserved. This amount is reserved until the webshop has processed and dispatched your order. Once the order is dispatched, the funds will be withdrawn from your account. The reservation period depends on the product/service.

Authorization on Debit Cards

For debit cards, you will see that the funds are reserved on your account, and your available balance will appear reduced. If you or the webshop subsequently cancel your order, the webshop cannot withdraw the funds, but the reservation will still apply for a period. Note that only your bank (or card issuer) can lift the reservation.

Authorization on Credit Cards

The funds will only be withdrawn from your account and reflected in your account overview when the webshop processes and charges the payment for your order.

All amounts on the website include VAT.
The website uses the following currency for pricing: Euro (€/EUR).

Online Textile Solutions A/S uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, ensuring your data is safe and cannot be read by unauthorized parties.

Delivery

The delivery time for your order is 1-4 business days.

Online Textile Solutions A/S ships items with the following carriers: UPS Standard, UPS Saver. 

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight.

You can choose between "without delivery" or "with delivery" options.

You will always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your home.

Right of Withdrawal

A 100-day full return policy is offered on items purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

The 100-day period starts from the day the order is delivered.

Any return costs are your responsibility.

The wish to withdraw must be notified to us no later than 100 days after delivery and must be received by us no later than 100 days after we have been informed of your use of the right of withdrawal.

The wish to use the right of withdrawal must be sent via email to info@ccdkcopenhagen.com. In the message, you must clearly state your wish to use the right of withdrawal. 

Condition of Goods Upon Return

You are liable for any decrease in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. This means you can try the item in the same way as if you were in a physical store.

If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of reduced value. This means that if you withdraw from the purchase, you will receive a smaller portion or none of the purchase amount. It is up to Online Textile Solutions A/S to assess the condition of the item. 

Warranty

 2-year warranty is provided on products in accordance with Danish law. The warranty applies to all errors in software, materials, and manufacturing.

Complaints regarding defects and deficiencies must be reported to Online Textile Solutions A/S within a reasonable time after receiving the goods. A maximum of two months is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.

We refund reasonable shipping costs.

The warranty lapses in case of incorrect or unusual operation of the product.

Online Textile Solutions A/S covers return shipping costs to a reasonable extent.
