30-day returns
We want you to feel comfortable with your CCDK Copenhagen purchase. We offer a voluntary 30-day return period from the day you receive your order.
Under this voluntary return policy, items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition. A careful try-on is allowed. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
How to return your order
- Send the items you wish to return within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number or the return form enclosed with your order.
- Use the return label enclosed with your order. You pay the return shipping costs. If a label is missing or you need help, contact info@ccdkcopenhagen.com before sending your parcel.
- Pack the items securely and keep your proof of postage.

Refunds
Once we have received and processed your return, we arrange the refund using the original payment method. For returns under our voluntary 30-day policy, we refund the purchase price of the returned items.
For a statutory withdrawal, the applicable statutory refund rules apply. We refund the payments due no later than 14 days after you notify us of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size or colour, please place a new order and return the items you do not wish to keep.
Statutory rights
Our voluntary 30-day return policy does not limit your statutory right of withdrawal or your rights in relation to faulty goods. See our Terms & Conditions for further details. Contact us if an item is faulty or you have received the wrong item.
