Payment
Online Textile Solutions A/S accepts online payments via Visa/Dankort, MobilePay Online, and ApplePay.
Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is dispatched or the virtual product is created, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
Reservation of Amount
When using payment cards, whether debit or credit, the amount for the purchase will be reserved. This amount is reserved until the webshop has processed and dispatched your order. Once the order is dispatched, the funds will be withdrawn from your account. The reservation period depends on the product/service.
Authorization on Debit Cards
For debit cards, you will see that the funds are reserved on your account, and your available balance will appear reduced. If you or the webshop subsequently cancel your order, the webshop cannot withdraw the funds, but the reservation will still apply for a period. Note that only your bank (or card issuer) can lift the reservation.
Authorization on Credit Cards
The funds will only be withdrawn from your account and reflected in your account overview when the webshop processes and charges the payment for your order.
All amounts on the website include VAT.

Online Textile Solutions A/S uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, ensuring your data is safe and cannot be read by unauthorized parties.
Delivery
For deliveries to the Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden and Finland, standard shipping costs EUR 7 for orders below EUR 100. Standard shipping is free for orders of EUR 100 or more. The threshold is based on the order value after discounts, excluding shipping.
Estimated delivery time is 2–4 business days. Orders are shipped from Denmark. Available delivery options and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Returns and right of withdrawal
We offer a voluntary 30-day return period from receipt of your order. Return shipping is paid by you. Items returned under this voluntary policy must be unworn, unused and in their original condition; a careful try-on is allowed. Details are available in our return policy.
This voluntary policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights. If you are an EU consumer, you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, send a clear statement to info@ccdkcopenhagen.com or to Online Textile Solutions A/S, Tulstrupvej 13, 7430 Ikast, Denmark, before the withdrawal period expires. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to.
Send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of return shipping.
When you withdraw from the entire order, we refund the payments received, including the cost of standard delivery. Any additional cost for a more expensive delivery method you chose is not refundable. We use the original payment method unless otherwise agreed, and do not charge a refund fee. The refund is due no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold it until we receive the goods or proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.
You are liable only for a reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Your rights in relation to faulty goods remain unaffected.

Condition of Goods Upon Return
You are liable for any decrease in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. This means you can try the item in the same way as if you were in a physical store.
If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of reduced value. This means that if you withdraw from the purchase, you will receive a smaller portion or none of the purchase amount. It is up to Online Textile Solutions A/S to assess the condition of the item.
Warranty
2-year warranty is provided on products in accordance with Danish law. The warranty applies to all errors in software, materials, and manufacturing.
Complaints regarding defects and deficiencies must be reported to Online Textile Solutions A/S within a reasonable time after receiving the goods. A maximum of two months is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.
We refund reasonable shipping costs.
The warranty lapses in case of incorrect or unusual operation of the product.
Online Textile Solutions A/S covers return shipping costs to a reasonable extent.
